Measure → quote → workshop → delivery
Measure first, quote second. Upholstery, mattress or cabinets are made in the workshop, then delivered across Tashkent. The price is written down before we start.
A shop mattress shifts in the box or presses the side rail. We take the inner bed size and sew the mattress into that opening: pocket, Bonnell or foam — at the firmness you picked at measuring.
Cover and quilting are agreed before the shop. We deliver to the district and carry it upstairs. We do not promise to clean an old mattress — we sew a new one to the box.
Timing depends on the unit and the queue. Sum and hand-over date are written after measuring.
Quote before the shop
Fabric, foam, fronts and the sum are locked in writing. If the brief changes, we agree it separately — not along the way.
Workshop production
Covers, frames, board cuts or mattresses are made in the shop. We do not fill the flat with dust and offcuts.
Delivery and assembly
We bring the finished piece to the district, carry it in and assemble. Packaging leaves with us. Warranty terms sit in the estimate.

01Measure before the quote
We do not lock a number from a photo alone when the alcove, box or frame must be exact.
02Fabrics and fillings to choose
Velvet, bouclé, eco-leather, foam, springs, particle board, MDF — samples at the visit, not a catalogue shot.
03Own workshop
Upholstery, frames, mattresses and cabinets are made in-house. We do not resell a market size.
04District visits
Measuring and delivery across Tashkent districts and nearby estates. Outside the city we confirm the window and transfer by phone.
05Non-standard, not stock
Sofa in a niche, mattress to the side rail, wardrobe to the ceiling — cut on site, not forced from stock.
06Warranty on the work
Seams, seat, fronts and assembly — term and conditions in the estimate. Factory materials follow the fabric or board spec.

Non-standard size
An imported bed is often already 158×198 or 182×202 inside. A showroom mattress either will not go in or slides around.
We measure the inner box from both sides — timber rails are rarely perfectly straight.
Layers: springs, foam, coir
Pocket springs, HR foam, coir and latex are combined by weight. We do not sell the ‘most orthopaedic’ pack without measuring.
For two sleepers of different weight, sides can have different firmness — that is in the estimate, not in the ad.
