Measure → quote → workshop → delivery
Visit at TTZ: we measure at your address, lock the price, make the piece in the workshop and bring it back. No showroom size and no mid-job extras.
TTZ is a residential neighbourhood in Yashnabad district that grew up around the Tashkent Tractor Plant. Estate by the former tractor plant in Yashnabad — say TTZ-1 or TTZ-2 if you know the quarter.
A ready-made sofa often misses the niche or leaves a gap at the wall. We measure length, depth and seat height on site and build a straight or corner frame to those numbers.
Fabric and foam density are chosen at measuring. The frame and cover are made in the shop, then carried in and assembled. Armrests, sleeping berth and drawer — only what the estimate lists.
This is not a showroom size. If the niche is out of square, we cut to the walls, not the catalogue.
On-site measuring
We take the alcove, bed box or sofa frame. Photos, floor, lift — so we know the carry-out. Fabric and filling samples are shown at the visit.
Quote before the shop
Fabric, foam, fronts and the sum are locked in writing. If the brief changes, we agree it separately — not along the way.
Workshop production
Covers, frames, board cuts or mattresses are made in the shop. We do not fill the flat with dust and offcuts.
Delivery and assembly
We bring the finished piece to the district, carry it in and assemble. Packaging leaves with us. Warranty terms sit in the estimate.
Why people order from Futech
Not a showroom: furniture to your size. A measurer visits the district, the workshop is in Tashkent, the price is set before start.
01Measure before the quote
We do not lock a number from a photo alone when the alcove, box or frame must be exact.
02Fabrics and fillings to choose
Velvet, bouclé, eco-leather, foam, springs, particle board, MDF — samples at the visit, not a catalogue shot.
03Own workshop
Upholstery, frames, mattresses and cabinets are made in-house. We do not resell a market size.
04District visits
Measuring and delivery across Tashkent districts and nearby estates. Outside the city we confirm the window and transfer by phone.
05Non-standard, not stock
Sofa in a niche, mattress to the side rail, wardrobe to the ceiling — cut on site, not forced from stock.
06Warranty on the work
Seams, seat, fronts and assembly — term and conditions in the estimate. Factory materials follow the fabric or board spec.

Service details
A sofa to the room
A showroom sofa often misses the niche or covers the radiator. A made-to-measure frame cuts length and depth to the opening.
At measuring we mark doors, radiators and the walkway — later you will not move a wardrobe to unfold the bed.
Frame and filling
The frame is timber and plywood, not thin particle board for one season. Foam and springs follow weight and sleep.
Seams and piping are planned in the cut so corners do not split after the first week.
